As a liNKCity customer, you can set-up your e-mail account(s) to be accessed through a POP3 mail client such as Apple OS X E-mail.Using Apple OS X E-mail downloads your e-mail directly onto your computer and allows you to access the downloaded e-mails at any time, versus using liNKCity Web Mail which is a remote access application.Listed below are detailed instructions for setting up Apple OS X E-mail.If you need instructions for setting up another POP3 mail client, please contact our customer service technician at (816) 412-7990.
Activating your liNKCity e-mail account and setting your password
In order to activate your account, you must login to the liNKCity web portal at http://mail.linkcity.org and set your password.Please refer to Password Set-up Instructions.This must be completed before attempting to set-up Apple OS X email.
Setting up Apple OS X E-mail.
Click the MAIL application launcher on the dock.If there are no accounts created, the new email configuration wizard will start. If you have used MAIL before and wish to add your linkcity account, you will need to click the file tab and then AddAccount.


Account Description does not need to be changed
Type your name beside Full Name.
